“I wanted to thank you, so much, for all you did to make the concert yesterday such a success. I think it was the best we've had and the Band and Andrew were all in sparkling form. Lots of people came up to me quite spontaneously to say how much they enjoyed it and how informative and interesting they found Keith's presentation. It was absolutely first class all round and the house was almost full. I could only get a seat in the back row!“ Mrs Jocelyn Hay CBE, Chairman VoLT |

St Pancras Church December 2011 We performed pieces which have a special place in our heritage including music by Gershwin, Schönberg, Sparke, Shostakovich and Arthur Sullivan. To celebrate, we commissioned a new piece especially for the event ‘Saturnalia’ by Joseph Atkins. Tim Costen was the soloist for a performance of two movements from the Horn Concerto by Mike Crisp and Stuart Cannon was the soloist for a performance of Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin. We also commissioned a new logo for a fresh new look for the next 25 years! |
